Good afternoon!

 

I am sitting here at home in Akatsuka, Itabashi-ku Tokyo. While preparing to go to the COSPA FITNESS center for my regular workout I looked outside to see what the weather was like. I noticed that the sun is shinning brightly and it is a very warm day outside!

 

I paused for a moment to admire a beautiful yellow flower in the garden behind my building. I thought about the beauty of this flower and the energy that filled my consciousness while taking a moment to admire it.

 

The interesting thing that I experienced by taking a moment to connect with the beauty of nature, by being connected with the now I felt more connected with myself. In that moment I truly understood what precious moment living is all about.
