   I think that it is extremely important to take a moment to catch our breath and reflect upon our lives.
    
   I have been living in Tokyo part-time for about two years now. In Tokyo, it appears to me that people are always in a hurry to get somewhere, no matter what time of day, including weekends (also holidays). It would be so easy to get caught up in the “rat race.” However, since I choose to live my life one precious moment at a time I make sure that I take my time throughout the day so that I can squeeze a little extra enjoyment from each precious moment of my life.
