Oprah, I suppose it is crazy that I’m writting this but I feel like I’m running out of time. MY husband,
Richard, is an amazing artist. No one knows because I do not have a way to show his art. He is sick and is getting worse. I live in a single trailer that is falling apart. I know that if someone could just
see his art they would be amazed. My friends all say that his art should be where everyone could enjoy
it. We have no where to sit and no where for more art in my tiny home. Most of his pieces are very large. We have one that sits behind the couch that would take 3 people to help move it. It is done in
melted crayon w, caulking, and blow torch. It is amazing. I have tried to get small local gallaryies to
look at them but they want a resume’ and proffessianal pictures. He never went to school its just who
he is. He is very eccentic I must say but I guess that comes with being an artist. You know one time I even packed them in a VAN so they could just come out and seel them but they would not. His art would put theirs to shame. I know the chances of any of you coming to see them is none but I have
to try. Richard is capable to do more but I have no more room and oils are very expensive. thats why
he did the large one w/ crayon because we did have money for paint. Please, Please, just send someone to come see them. I promise you will be amazed. Plus I live near the ocean so it would be a
great vaction. I’m praying every night that someone who knows art will come visit. I believe the world needs to see what this strange man can do before he is gone. Please help us. Just send someone to come see .
