We are currently in one of the two Admirals Clubs at ORD airport waiting patiently to fly standby at 4:20pm to Los Angeles. We arrived safely in Chicago after about a 1-½ hour flight from New Orleans. We were originally scheduled to fly to DFW airport connecting to Los Angeles, but we decided to take a later flight. Several flights later we hope to arrive in Los Angeles about 8:30pm this evening. I learned a very valuable lesson today, when possible always depart on my regularly scheduled flight!
