I am currently at my apartment in San Jose. I arrived here on August 30^th from LA. I am getting ready to take 3-hour rest before I begin my journey back to Japan later today. I have been packed and ready to go since last evening. For some unknown reason I thought that I was leaving for Japan yesterday and did not realize until about 4:30am yesterday morning that I wasn’t departing for Tokyo until the next day! The good news is I am packed and ready to go!

I will depart later this morning at 8:10am on American Airlines for Los Angeles.  I have about a three-hour layover before I leave for Tokyo so I will meet my Mom, my sister and my 9-month-old nephew at the airport for about an hour.
