I am currently relaxing in the lounge at LAX. I arrived here safely after short flight from San Jose. I had a chance to share about an hour with my mother, my sister and my 9-month-old nephew at the airport, even though my nephew stayed sleep the whole time. He is a real cutie so I will have to post a few photos of him sometime.

I am departing in about 45 minutes for Tokyo on American Airlines! Since I have been up over 24 hours now I hope to get as much sleep as possible on the plane. I found out that earlier that I would have an entire row of five seats to myself on the flight so even though it’s not business class I will probably be able to stretch out and get some rest.
