I am currently relaxing in the Sakura First Class Lounge at Narita Airport enjoying a café latte and some hazelnut shortbread cookies before my flight to Los Angeles.  Earlier I enjoyed a light lunch of minestrone soup and a couple of slices of whole wheat bread with dates.  

I am departing on American Airlines Flight#170 for Los Angeles at 4:00pm today. I have not traveled to Los Angeles for a couple of months so I will enjoy sharing time with my family and friends in California.
