Good morning from Los Angeles, California once again!

I just finished packing and preparing for my trip to Tokyo in less than 10 hours!

Yesterday I attended the Southern California Association Youth Junior Olympics Track & Field Championships at Cerritos College all day to watch my nephew run in the 100meters and the 200meters. He did well in the 200meters and continues to improve each race. It was my first chance to see him compete this season since I am in Tokyo most of the time these days and I really enjoyed the experience of watching him and other future Olympians. http://www.scausatf.org/
