Good morning from Los Angeles, California! I hope that all is well and you are all finding a way to enjoy each and every precious moment of your gift of life!
I arrived at Los Angeles International about 10:25pm after departing on the last American Airlines flight at about 9:15pm! For some reason the airports in San Jose and in Los Angeles were incredibly crowded! Is there something special happening this weekend in both cities that I did not know about?
I had a very challenging time in San Jose! I had left my mobile phone, Blue Tooth earpiece, and wireless modem after the keys to my apartment at my mother’s home in Los Angeles the last time I was in the U.S. in May. My sister sent it to me overnight so that it would be at my place when I arrived from Tokyo. The Federal Express delivery person left it in front of the door of my apartment in San Jose and someone stole it.
Although I do my best to maintain a positive attitude I was deeply challenged for a couple of days! I just kept telling myself, “This to shall pass,” “I want to feel good” and asking myself what can I learn from this experience?
Fortunately, I had a good night sleep last night and I am happy to share a couple of days with my family here in Los Angles before I return to Tokyo on Sunday!
It’s time to go watch my nine year old nephew who is a member of the LA JETS track team run track this morning at Cerritos College!
That’s all for now! Please take care, stay positive and have a great day or an enjoyable evening depending on where you are!
