Good morning! I am sitting here at home in Akatsuka, Itabashi-ku, Tokyo looking out the window and it’s a beautiful day! I know for many people it is challenging to find beauty in a day like today. However, I would like to offer a different perspective.

I believe that each and every precious moment that I am alive is a gift. Each morning that I can open my eyes and take another breath I feel is a beautiful day. Is it possible for us to find value in each and every precious moment we are alive? I think so!
