I woke up this morning thinking about life and how challenging it is for us at times to find value in ourselves.  I thought about how we are socialized into believing that something is missing in our lives and that if we buy the “right clothes” and products that our lives will somehow improve!

We have been buying products at higher rate than at any point in our history and still people are searching for answers.

What if the answers that we have been searching for in our lives are not out there somewhere?

What if we are born perfect the way that we were meant to be and we have been socialized to believe that we are inadequate to sell more products?

What if everything that we need to create a happy, more enjoyable life for ourselves was already inside of us and we simply need to change the way we think (look) about ourselves to see it?

What if learning to love ourselves unconditionally is the answer?
